Developed for youth athletes who are serious about fine tuning their athletic skills for what it takes to compete at the next level. Group sessions will consist of dynamic agility and speed training workouts along with footwork, nutrition management individual position training, and strength training. Sessions can take place at both the Ballers indoor facility and outdoor field training site.
Incorporate mobility exercises to enhance range of motion.
• Proper running and movement mechanics, including posture, arm drive, and footwork.
• Implement sprint drills to improve acceleration and maximum speed.
• Ladder drills, cone drills, and shuttle runs to enhance lateral quickness and change of direction.
• Sport-specific agility exercises to mimic movements in the athlete's chosen sport.
