Join the coaching staff of BALLERS and Maximized Nutrition for a presentation and discussion on Nutrition For Your Teen Athlete. We will talk about the challenges teen athletes face when it comes to nutrition, what their bodies actually need for the training they are doing, and how to increase performance in training and competition with the right nutrition plan. We will also discuss the importance of balance and having a good relationship with food, and learning to eat well long term. We will give tips and guidance for parents to help their teen athletes with nutrition. You will also have the opportunity to talk one on one with the Maximized Nutrition Coaches about your teen and what their individual needs and goals are, and get information about working one on one with a coach.
The coaches at Maximized Nutrition have helped hundreds of teen athletes all over the world increase performance through nutrition. They have worked with elite athletes from CrossFit, football, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, softball, baseball, wrestling, olympic lifting, and power lifting. Our goal is to help teens improve performance while also maintaining a good relationship with food and learning how to eat for the rest of their lives.
