Up & Comers – K to 5th Grade

(45 minute sessions)

Developed for youth athletes who want to get introduced to sports training. Group sessions will consist of dynamic agility and speed training workouts along with footwork, coordination drills and ball skills training. Sessions will take place at both the Ballers indoor facility and outdoor field training site.

Ballers Elite – Middle School / High School

(45 minute sessions)

Developed for youth athletes who are serious about fine tuning their athletic skills for what it takes to compete at the next level. Group sessions will consist of dynamic agility and speed training workouts along with footwork, nutrition management and individual position training. Sessions will take place at both the Ballers indoor facility and outdoor field training site.

Ballers Private Elite Training – All Ages

(60 minute sessions)

Developed for the most serious-minded youth athletes commanding one on one private training to help excel to and through the next level. Private sessions are customized to the athlete’s specific sport of focus and may consist of dynamic agility and speed training workouts along with strength training, footwork, nutrition management and individual position training. Sessions will take place at both the Ballers indoor facility and outdoor field training site.
